$100 discount until July 3rd, 2009 on Microsoft TechNet

Microsoft is offering a $100 discount on subscriptions to TechNet
This offer is only good until July 3rd, which is next week.

The promo code in the source post below for the U.S. is "TEYFY09"
and for the U.K. is "TNCARE09"

I am not sure if they are truly location based or not,
and that there are only two regions listed does beg the question
on whether or not there are codes for other regions?
